Who Are We?

The purpose of Promoting Achievement for Students with Sensory Loss (PASS) is to provide statewide support, technical assistance and professional development opportunities for educators that will improve instructional quality, promote academic achievement, and foster successful post-secondary transition outcomes for students with sensory loss.

This website was developed especially for teachers, educational interpreters, paraprofessionals, related service personnel, families, and administrators who serve students who have sensory loss (including blind or low vision; deaf or hard of hearing; or deafblind). Our goal is to connect you with materials and people to support you in your important work. We will provide updates on inservice training and distance education opportunities, listings of resources and other information on topics of interest to you. 

3rd Annual Vision Conference

15th Annual Indiana Deaf Educators and
Educational Interpreters Conference

The 15th Annual Indiana Deaf Educators and Educational Interpreters Conference will take place on June 26-27 at the Wyndham Indianapolis West.  National speakers including Karen Anderson, Crom Saunders, and Tina Childress, among others.  They will present on a variety topics relevant to educating students who are deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf-blind.
